How to whiten your skin

You know, I've got great ideas if you're asking me to whiten your skin. I've did some researching and just please believe me, this will work. Follow these steps below;
1. Take 250mg Vitamin C to enhance skin colour and suppleness. Do NOT eat them to much you will get headache or many other bad, bad illness if eat them too, too, much. Follow the instructions on the label of your Vitamin C bottle.
2.Taking Vitamin A will also keep your sking healthy, since your skin is basically composed of Retinol, which is Vitamin A (Found in milk, meat). If skin feels weak or not tight enough, I highly suggests you take Vitamin A.
3.Use papaya soap, as papaya doesn't just give you food, but it also whitens your skin. You can use papaya very often.
4.Put a whitening lotion very often, you will really need that.
5.Sunscreen is really important for whitening process. Apply sunscreen even if you're out of the sunlight. This will really help you. Try buying a UVA and UVB rays sunscreen. You must remember though, sunscreen and sunblock are NOT the same.
